Player Enrollment & Refund Policy

The Street60 Player Enrollment & Refund Policy governs the payment, processing, refund eligibility and administrative handling of the One-Time Player Enrollment Fee applicable to all applicants registering through the official Street60 platform.

Every applicant is advised to carefully read this policy before making any payment.

By proceeding with payment of the One-Time Player Enrollment Fee, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood and voluntarily accepted this Policy together with the Street60 Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

PURPOSE OF THE PLAYER ENROLLMENT FEE

The Street60 One-Time Player Enrollment Fee is collected solely for the purpose of administering the official Street60 player registration and evaluation process.

The enrollment fee contributes towards various operational and administrative functions, including but not limited to:

  • Player Registration Processing.
  • Player Profile Verification.
  • Administrative Review.
  • Digital Infrastructure.
  • Secure Data Management.
  • Communication Systems.
  • Evaluation Operations.
  • Technical Support.
  • Platform Maintenance.
  • Operational Expenses directly connected with the Street60 player selection ecosystem.

The Player Enrollment Fee is not a participation fee, tournament ticket, franchise investment, membership purchase or guarantee of selection into any Street60 program.

Nature of the player enrollment fee

The Street60 Player Enrollment Fee represents an administrative enrollment charge payable once for each individual player registration.

Payment of the enrollment fee grants the applicant eligibility to enter the Street60 evaluation process.

Payment does not guarantee:

  • Verification Approval.
  • Digital Evaluation Qualification.
  • Physical Trial Invitation.
  • Selection Match Participation.
  • Leaderboard Qualification.
  • Player Auction Eligibility.
  • Selection into Street60.
  • Selection into any future league, tournament or commercial opportunity.

Every stage of progression remains subject to the independent evaluation process established by Street60.

Non-Refundable Policy

The Street60 One-Time Player Enrollment Fee is strictly non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.

The fee immediately contributes towards administrative processing, player verification, digital infrastructure, operational management and evaluation-related activities which commence upon successful registration.

Accordingly, no refund shall ordinarily be issued after successful payment irrespective of the outcome of any stage of the Street60 player journey.

Applicants are advised to carefully review all registration details before proceeding with payment.

Non-Transferable Policy

The One-Time Player Enrollment Fee is personal to the registered applicant.

The enrollment fee cannot be transferred to:

  • Another Player.
  • Friend.
  • Family Member.
  • Team.
  • Franchise.
  • Future Applicant.
  • Any other individual or organisation.

Player registrations are non-transferable and shall remain permanently linked to the applicant whose details were submitted during registration.

Non-adjustable Policy

The One-Time Player Enrollment Fee cannot be adjusted against:

  • Future Seasons.
  • Future Registrations.
  • Other Street60 Programs.
  • Merchandise.
  • Events.
  • Franchise Payments.
  • Sponsorship Opportunities.
  • Any future financial transaction with Street60.

Once successfully processed, the enrollment fee shall remain applicable only to the specific registration for which payment was originally made.

Circumstances where no refund shall be granted

The One-Time Player Enrollment Fee shall not be refunded under circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • The applicant is not shortlisted during Digital Evaluation.
  • The applicant is not invited for Physical Trials.
  • The applicant does not qualify through Selection Matches.
  • The applicant does not appear on the Leaderboard.
  • The applicant is not selected during the Player Auction.
  • The applicant voluntarily withdraws from the registration process.
  • The applicant is unable to participate due to personal commitments.
  • The applicant is unable to travel to the designated trial venue.
  • The applicant relocates to another city, state or country.
  • The applicant suffers an injury or medical condition preventing participation.
  • The applicant submits incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information.
  • The applicant violates any Street60 policy, guideline or Code of Conduct.
  • The applicant is suspended or disqualified.
  • The applicant fails to attend any scheduled evaluation or trial.
  • The applicant changes their mind after making the payment.
  • The applicant fails to respond to official communication within the prescribed timelines.

In all such circumstances, the Player Enrollment Fee shall remain non-refundable.

Duplicate Payments

If an applicant accidentally makes multiple payments for the same registration due to a genuine technical error, Street60 may review the matter upon receiving satisfactory supporting evidence.

Applicants must report any duplicate transaction through the official Street60 communication channels within a reasonable period after the transaction.

Street60 reserves the right to verify the payment records before taking any corrective action.

Where a genuine duplicate payment is verified, Street60 may, at its sole discretion, process an appropriate resolution, including reversal of the excess amount where operationally feasible.

Failed or Incomplete Transactions

A payment shall be treated as unsuccessful where:

  • The transaction fails.
  • The amount is not successfully received by Street60.
  • The payment remains pending.
  • The transaction is reversed by the payment provider.
  • The registration remains incomplete due to unsuccessful payment.

Applicants experiencing unsuccessful payments are advised to verify the transaction status with their payment service provider before attempting another payment.

Street60 shall not be responsible for delays, failures or interruptions caused by banks, payment gateways, UPI service providers, internet connectivity or other third-party systems beyond its reasonable control.

Fraudulent Payments & Chargebacks

Street60 maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent payment activity.

Any applicant found to have:

  • Uploaded fabricated payment proofs.
  • Submitted manipulated transaction details.
  • Used unauthorised payment methods.
  • Initiated unjustified payment chargebacks.
  • Attempted to deceive the payment verification process.

may be immediately suspended or permanently disqualified from the Street60 ecosystem.

Street60 further reserves the right to initiate recovery proceedings or legal action wherever considered appropriate under applicable law.

Payment verification

Submission of payment details alone shall not constitute successful verification.

Street60 reserves the right to independently verify every payment using its internal verification procedures before activating the applicant’s registration.

Applicants may be required to submit supporting information including:

  • Transaction Reference Number (UTR).
  • Payment Screenshot.
  • Registered Mobile Number.
  • Additional verification details where reasonably required.

Street60 may reject payment verification where discrepancies, inconsistencies or suspected fraudulent activity are identified.

Only payment-related requests received through officially recognised communication channels shall be considered for review.

Submission of a payment-related request does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund or financial adjustment.

Legal notice

The Street60 One-Time Player Enrollment Fee constitutes an administrative enrollment charge intended to facilitate player registration, verification and evaluation within the Street60 ecosystem.

Except where expressly stated in this Policy or otherwise required under applicable law, the Player Enrollment Fee shall remain strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-adjustable.

Street60 reserves the right to amend, revise or replace this Policy at any time in accordance with operational, legal or regulatory requirements. The latest published version shall always prevail.
