Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation, withdrawal, suspension and termination of player registrations submitted through the official Street60 platform.
Every applicant is advised to carefully read this Policy before submitting a registration or completing the One-Time Player Enrollment.
By registering with Street60, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted this Cancellation Policy together with the Street60 Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Player Enrollment & Refund Policy.

SCOPE OF THIS POLICY

This Policy applies to:

  • Website Registrations.
  • Player Profiles.
  • One-Time Player Enrollment.
  • Digital Evaluation.
  • Physical Trials.
  • Selection Matches.
  • Leaderboard Participation.
  • Player Auction.
  • Future Street60 Programs where applicable.

Cancellation by the Applicant

Applicants may choose not to continue with the Street60 selection process at any stage.

However, once the One-Time Player Enrollment Fee has been successfully processed:

  • The registration shall remain cancelled only for future participation.
  • The Player Enrollment Fee shall remain strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-adjustable.
  • Cancellation shall not create any entitlement to financial compensation.

Applicants wishing to withdraw are encouraged to notify Street60 through the official communication channels.

Cancellation by Street60

Street60 reserves the absolute right to cancel, suspend or terminate any registration where:

  • False information has been submitted.
  • Fraudulent documents are identified.
  • Payment fraud is detected.
  • Multiple registrations are created to manipulate the process.
  • Applicant misconduct affects the integrity of the ecosystem.
  • The applicant violates any Street60 policy.
  • Operational, legal or security considerations require such action.

Such cancellation may occur at any stage of the Street60 ecosystem.

Rescheduling, Postponement & Operational Changes

Street60 reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, relocate, modify or cancel any activity including:

  • Digital Evaluation.
  • Physical Trials.
  • Selection Matches.
  • Leaderboards.
  • Player Auctions.
  • Events.
  • Operational Timelines.

Such decisions may be taken due to weather conditions, venue availability, operational requirements, legal obligations, safety considerations, governmental directives or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Such operational changes shall not create any entitlement to refunds or compensation.

Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation of a registration shall not automatically remove information required by Street60 for legal compliance, fraud prevention, financial record keeping or operational purposes.

Street60 may retain such information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Where appropriate, access to future Street60 programs may also be restricted following cancellation arising from fraud, misconduct or policy violations.

Force Majeure

Street60 shall not be responsible for cancellation, postponement or interruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Floods.
  • Fire.
  • Epidemics or pandemics.
  • Government restrictions.
  • Court orders.
  • Civil unrest.
  • War.
  • Terrorist activities.
  • Power failures.
  • Internet outages.
  • Venue unavailability.
  • Extreme weather conditions.

Street60 reserves the right to determine the most appropriate operational response under such circumstances.

Only requests submitted through official Street60 communication channels shall be considered.

Submission of a cancellation request shall not create any entitlement to a refund, adjustment or compensation unless expressly provided under applicable law.

Legal notice

Street60 reserves the right to amend, revise, replace or withdraw this Cancellation Policy whenever necessary for legal compliance, operational efficiency or business continuity.

The latest version published on the official Street60 website shall always prevail.

Continued use of the Street60 platform after publication of revised terms shall constitute acceptance of the updated Cancellation Policy.
